規格標準內容 |

木製傢俱產品係指重量百分比90％(含)以上由木材製成，且各木製部分原料須是出自人工培育林（意指非原始林）之木材或混合率達100％之回收木材再生品的各類傢俱產品。
-
產品所使用的原料種類、來源及比例須詳細填寫在申請文件上，其中應包含使用木材之樹種、來源產地（包括國別及區域名稱）。並應提出不含鹵性防腐劑證明。
-
產品所使用的塗料不得含有銻、砷、鋇、鎘、汞、硒、鉛、六價鉻及其化合物。並不得含有鹵性溶劑。
-
產品之甲醛釋出量不得超過 0.5 mg/L。
-
產品中不得含有環保署公告之毒性化學物質。
-
若產品只有尺寸大小、包裝量之差異時，視為同一產品。
-
標章使用者的名稱以及地址須清楚記載於產品或包裝上，標章使用者若非製造者，製造者的名稱及地址須一併記載於產品或包裝上。
-
產品或包裝上須標示「 省資源、低污染」。
註：
本項產品出貨時包裝之瓦楞紙箱應採用回收紙混合比例占80％(含)以上所製成之瓦楞紙箱。

規格標準英文內容 |

"Wooden Furniture" means a piece of furniture composed of at least 90% wood by total weight. The furniture must be manufactured from wood that is harvested from "managed forest" (means not natural forest) or from 100% recycled wood.

The type, origin, and mix of materials used in the manufacturing of this product must be clearly stated on the Green Mark application form, and shall include the tree type, and origin of wood. Proof that no halogen-based wood preservative is used shall also be provided.

The coating material used on the product shall not contain mercury, mercury compounds, or mixed with dyestuff containing lead, cadmium, chromium (+6), and their oxides.

Formaldehyde released from the product must be less than 0.5 mg/L.

The product must not contain toxic substances promulgated and controlled by the Environmental Protection Administration of the Executive Yuan.
-
Similar products with only differences being size and packaging weight(????) may be treated as the same product.

The name and address of the Green Mark user must be clearly printed on the product or its packaging. The name and address of the manufacturer must be marked on the product or packaging as well, if the user is not the manufacturer.

The product or the packaging material shall bear a seal reading "Low Pollution, Resource Conservation".
Remarks:

Corrugated carton used for packaging should be made from recycled pulp with at least 80% recycled paper content.
